Then when you said do it this year, needless to say I was really surprised as I think everyone was. Then to watch you work, your commitment, the confidence you were on it and wouldn't let it fail if you could help it, WOW! I feel like this should probably wait until the property closes, but thought I would tell you now while these things were top of mind for me as we're going through the process. I have known Candi Noyes and her team for 35 years and used her real estate
expertise to purchase & sell several condominiums and my current home in the
Ocean City and Berlin area. I have dealt with other realtors and she is by far the best.
Experience matters and she had done this for many years and is well respected in
the community. As a physician owner of three urgent care centers in Ocean City for
the last 35 years , I had Candi help me procure condo real estate for my doctors to
live while working for me in the summers. She was also valuable in renting out some
of my condos to vacationers. Her talents are her vast knowledge of the real estate
and the local area. She is well liked by her colleagues , so deals can be accomplished
expeditiously. While she is affiliated with a large realty brokerage , she has a family
team of her daughter, an interior designer who helped stage my condo and home for
sale. Her husband was great at accomplishing the marketing and legal paper work.
She is patient and always has her clients interests and not just a sale. She respects
her clients opinion’s and directly involves us in the strategies to sell or buy any real
estate. For example , my last home I purchased with her involved two years of
searches and numerous showings.
She puts 100 % of her energy in the sale as I have never seen anyone work as hard
as she does.. I think she puts in more hours than my busy doctor life. She is very
good at assessing the properties “true value” and creating accurate comparables ; so
you can sell or buy a property confidently that you priced it correctly for sale or paid
a fair price. She had many years in the rental aspect of the business and that was
helpful in after the sale to rent the condos and enhance by return in investment. She
has a lot of connections in the community and so when questions arose; she had the
resources to get the answers.
In summary the Candi Noyes realty team is great at what they do from many years
of experience, and local connections . They are warm and genuine and a joy to deal
with in an often stressful experience. You cannot be in better hands, as I have
discovered in the many real estate transactions that I have done with her team.

I have had the privilege of having Candi Noyes represent me in the purchase, selling and rental of many properties since 1982. She started working in her mother's Real Estate office at Caliban Corporation as a teenager and she watched Ocean City grow. Her contacts and repeat customers are key to her success. Now that the dust has settled, I would like to thank Mike Noyes, Candi Noyes, and Sara Noyes for all of the help that they gave to Susan and me in our recent cross country move. When we first started looking in Delaware back in March, Mike and Candi showed us many subdivisions, both new and resale. We periodically monitored homes through the internet over the next several months. When a home came available that interested us, Mike and Candi previewed the home for us, and provided us with all the information we needed so that when we came to Delaware from California, all we had to do was see the house to make a decision. They helped us every step of the way through the offer, negotiation, purchase, and inspection processes; all in a very efficient manner because our time in Delaware was short. After we returned to California, Mike and Candi took care of everything we needed to get our new home to closing.

My husband and I have bought and sold five properties, and we were getting to the point where we thought we didn’t even need a realtor anymore because we could practically do it all ourselves. When we met Candi, we instantly liked and trusted her, but we didn’t realize how valuable she was as a team member until things went south at closing, and again after closing when we were doing a renovation in our new condo.
